Karmen Vaupotič je na Fundaciji PRIZMA zaposlena kot svetovalka za razvoj človeških virov I. Njeno delo predstavlja načrtovanje, pripravljanje, vodenje, koordiniranje, izvajanje, spremljanje in evalviranje domačih in mednarodnih  projektov s področij trga dela in zaposlovanja, medgeneracijskega sodelovanja, svetovanja. Ima licenco za delo po metodologiji SDI (Strenght Deployment Inventory). Je certificirana uporabnica/svetovalka instrumenta Holland – vprašalnik poklicnih interesov. Ima certifikat za svetovanje na področju razvoja kariere zaposlenih, oblikovanja in izvedbe programov usposabljanja za podjetja in zaposlene, s poudarkom na načelu enakosti med spoloma (gender mainstreaming) pri Akzente – Zentrum fűr Gleishstellung und regionale Zusammenarbeit in eb Projektmanagement GmbH - NOWA Training Beratung Projektmanagement. Ima zaključeno strokovno usposabljanje »Coaching za trenerje«. Pri Centru za poklicno izobraževanje je uspešno zaključila usposabljanje svetovalcev v postopku preverjanja in potrjevanja (nacionalne poklicne kvalifikacije, vloga svetovalcev v izobraževanju odraslih, oblikovanje portfolia in izvedbe preverjanja in potrjevanja).

Usposabljala se je v programih: Uporaba metode 360 stopinj z namenom merjenja vodstvenih kompetenc (Kadis), Uporaba inštrumenta za ugotavljanje učnih povezav in procesa »Let me Learn« pri svetovalnem delu in izobraževanju odraslih, 8 receptov za učinkovitejšo promocijo (Andragoški center Slovenije), Sodelovalno učenje (Andragoški center Slovenije), Ravnanje v težavnih situacijah (Zavod za zaposlovanje), Razvoj človeških virov po modelu standarda Vlagatelji v ljudi, Uspešno svetovalno delo in Načrtovanje projektov z matriko logičnega okvirja.

Karmen Vaupotič is employed at PRIZMA Foundation as a Consultant for the development of human resources I. Her work covers the design, preparation, management, coordination, implementation, monitoring and evaluation of national and international projects in the fields of labour market and employment, intergenerational cooperation and consulting. She has a license to work according to the methodology SDI (Strength Deployment Inventory). She is a certified user of / counselor for instrument Holland - questionnaire for professional interests. She is also a certified consultant in the field of career development of employees, design and implementation of training programs for companies and employees, with an emphasis on the principle of gender equality (gender mainstreaming) at Akzent - Zentrum für Gleishstellung Zusammenarbeit und regionale and eb Projektmanagement GmbH - NOWA Training Beratung Projektmanagement and has completed professional training "Coaching for coaches". At the Centre for Vocational Education and Training she has successfully completed the training of counselors in the process of verification and validation (national vocational qualifications, the role of counselors in adult education, design portfolio and performance verification and validation).

She successfully finished training in the following programs:

- Using the 360 degrees in order to measure leadership competencies (Kadis);

- Using of the instrument for identifying the learning process connections and process "Let Me Learn" in counseling and adult education;

- 8 recipes for effective promotion (Slovenian Institute for Adult Education);

- Collaborative learning (Adult Education Centre of Slovenia),

- Dealing with difficult situations (Employment Service of Slovenia);

- Human Resources Development according with Investors in People standard;

- Successful consulting work and planning projects with the logical framework matrix.
