Urška Pavlič je v Fundaciji PRIZMA zaposlena od leta 2006. V času svoje kariere se nenehno strokovno usposablja ter nadgrajuje in širi svoje znanje. Uspešno je opravila usposabljanja za izvajanje delavnic za brezposelne osebe, usmerjenim v pomoč pri iskanju zaposlitve in realizaciji samozaposlitve. Pri izvajanju teh usposabljanj je s svojim trudom in vztrajnostjo pomagala mnogim udeležencem do zaposlitve in s tem do izboljšanja njihove eksistenčne situacije. Opravila je strokovni izpit iz zavarovanja in zaposlovanja za primer brezposelnosti, je certificirana uporabnica/svetovalka instrumenta Holland – vprašalnik poklicnih interesov, promotorka socialnega podjetništva ter certificirana svetovalka na področju razvoja kariere zaposlenih, oblikovanja in izvedbe programov usposabljanja za podjetja in zaposlene, s poudarkom na načelu enakosti med spoloma (gender mainstreaming).

Na sedanjem delovnem mestu svetovalke za razvoj človeških virov II so njene glavne delovne naloge vodenje domačih in mednarodnih projektov in programov (razvoj kadrov za podjetja in organizacije, karierna orientacija in zaposlovanje, socialno podjetništvo), sodelovanje pri ugotavljanju potreb podjetij in organizacij, izvajanje programov usposabljanja za razvoj kariere in kompetenc za brezposelne ter podjetja, razvijanje in izvajanje drugih usposabljanj,  delavnic, svetovanj ipd.

Urška Pavlič has been employed in PRIZMA Foundation since 2006. During all of her career she is constantly upgrading and expanding her knowledge and expertise. She was successfully trained for implementation of workshops for unemployed whose purpose is helping the latter in job seeking and realising of self-employment. With her effort and perseverance she helped many participants to get employed and consequently to a better existential situation. She passed expert exam for an expert in insurance and employment in case of unemployment and is a certified user of/adviser for Holland instrument – professional interests questionnaire, promoter of social entrepreneurship and also certified adviser in the field of career development of employees, developing and implementing training programmes for companies and employees with the emphasis on gender equality (gender mainstreaming

In her current work place Human Resource Development adviser II her primary assignments are managing local and international projects and programmes (Human resource development for companies and organisations, career orientation and employment, social entrepreneurship), cooperation in identifying needs of companies and organisations, implementing of training programmes for career development, competences of unemployed and companies, developing and implementing other trainings, workshops and counselling, etc.
