At the PRIZMA Foundation, we use innovative approaches to create opportunities for companies and organizations, identify and develop individuals’ employment and career potential, and contribute to the development of society. For more than 20 years, we have been deeply rooted in the local and regional communities where we operate. Our mission is focused on acting in a socially responsible manner toward the communities in which we operate, as well as toward our employees.

The pandemic has presented our community and employees with numerous challenges. The consequences of the COVID-19 pandemic will be strongly felt in the coming year(s) in the economy, the labor market, and society as a whole. Through our activities and by pursuing our public-benefit mission, we will strive to help mitigate the effects of the COVID-19 pandemic in the Podravska region and, more broadly, in the Eastern Cohesion Region, as well as to improve preparedness for the challenges in the labor market brought about by the green and digital transitions.

Through the implementation of activities and projects for our users, partners, and employees, we are working toward the United Nations’ global Sustainable Development Goals from the 2030 Agenda, particularly: decent work and economic growth (8), quality education (4), good health and well-being (3), gender equality (5), no poverty and zero hunger (1 and 2), and responsible consumption and production (12). Through our activities, we will contribute to strengthening sustainability and resilience, increasing the competitiveness of businesses and organizations in our community, developing social innovations, and building competencies that will support the green and digital transitions, as well as enhancing employability and creating new, sustainable jobs.
In doing so, through socially responsible conduct toward our employees and within the organization itself—in various areas ranging from education, promoting a work-life balance, and health promotion, intergenerational cooperation, ensuring equal opportunities, sustainable energy management, and environmental stewardship, we will serve as a role model for our users and strengthen our organization’s reputation and excellence.
